Hello, recently I have checked the status of our index for journal. I was said that it is active and everything is ok. However, 2 days ago I made new DOIs. I received a deposit with like “invalid characters”, it is already 48 hours passed but DOI still do not work (normally, as I know is should be active within 24 hours). What hapenned and how to fix it fast?

I see your failed submission from 2024-Nov-30.
As you can see from the screenshot, we processed this submission in six seconds and failed the whole file because one of your DOIs contained invalid characters that are not supported. DOI 10.61439/A%D0%A1YH4871 contains the % character which is not permitted in Crossref DOIs, as you can in our rules for constructing your DOIs. Your DOI suffix can be any alphanumeric string, using the approved characters “a-z”, “A-Z”, “0-9” and “-._;()/”.
You’ll need to resubmit your submission with the invalid characters (i.e., the %s characters) removed from this DOI in order for your DOI(s) to be registered.
