Thanks for your message. What are you attempting to do with the DOIs in this text file? The file is not formatted correctly for either content registration or metadata retrieval. I’m going to provide a link to XML sample files so you can see how XML should be formatted in order to be registered: Example XML metadata - Crossref.
If you are not attempting to register these DOIs, what is your intention with this request?
