Submissão duplicada // Duplicate submission

Olá!

Por um problema de conectividade acabei fazendo a submissão do mesmo arquivo XML duas vezes, referente ao mesmo periódico. Não encontrei, de forma clara, como resolver erro. É possível excluir um upload? Como eu devo proceder para garantir o registro do DOI desta publicação?

Due to a connectivity problem I ended up submitting the same XML file twice, for the same journal. I couldn’t find a clear way to solve the error. Is it possible to delete an upload? How should I proceed to ensure the DOI registration of this publication?

Thanks for your message, and welcome to the Community Forum. Since the submissions are identical, we’ll just process the second submission as an update to the first. Since there are no metadata changes in that second submission, it will result in no changes to the metadata record. Also, we never charge for metadata updates for existing DOIs, so no cause for concern here.
