Unauthorized web deposit form

When I try to use the web deposit form I get “Unauthorized You have not been recognized as an authorized user who can upload files to the system.” Send an email to support@crossref.org. Sign in with my credentials at Crossref Login and I was able to log in without a problem, so why do I get that message when I try to use the web deposit form.

This type of error occurs when your membership permissions have changed. I’ll request that someone from our billing team follow up with you to get these reinstated.

We had a pending invoice just like the membership, we already made the payment, is it necessary to communicate it with the billing team to be able to make a deposit in the web form?
