Hi Alexey,

According to our records, the journal Information and Control Systems (ISSN 1684-8853) is associated with the publisher Central Collector of Libraries BIBCOM (10.15217) currently.

In order for us to transfer it to a new publisher State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI) (10.31799), we will need a notification from Central Collector of Libraries BIBCOM stating that they agree to the transfer. The notice always needs to come from the disposing publisher, not the acquiring publisher.
