Hello @zobayer ,

Welcome to the Community Forum, and thanks for your message.

These error messages at the time of submission are caused by inconsistency in submissions. We have two journal title records in our system that include ISSN 05581583. In one record the journal title registered with us was: সাহিত্য পত্রিকা

Comparatively, in this submission 1621648724, the journal title being sent to us in the deposit is: সাহিত্য পত্রিকা - Shahitto Potrika | University of Dhaka

That inconsistency causes errors. When a journal is registered with us, we lock the title in our admin tool title records, because we presume that the journal’s title level metadata (title, ISSN, journal-title-level DOI) will not change over time. This also enables consistent, predictable metadata out - to the hundreds and hundreds of products and services that are built upon and to use Crossref metadata.

I have merged the two journal title records in our system together under the shared title: সাহিত্য পত্রিকা - Shahitto Potrika | University of Dhaka and have successfully reprocessed your submission 1621648724. Here are the results of that submission:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<doi_batch_diagnostic status=“completed” sp=“ds3.crossref.org”>
<submission_id>1621648724</submission_id>

<record_diagnostic status=“Success”>

</record_diagnostic>
<batch_data>
<record_count>2</record_count>
<success_count>2</success_count>
<warning_count>0</warning_count>
<failure_count>0</failure_count>
</batch_data>
</doi_batch_diagnostic>

As you can see from the submission log above (look at the bottom of the result), there were two DOIs in your submission and the metadata for both DOIs has been updated successfully.

Warm regards,
Isaac
