Hello,
If youâre a Crossref member and you want to transfer responsibility for a journal to a different Crossref member, please see the relevant information on our documentation site.
Thereâs also a post with tips for title transfers in the forum here.
If Iâve misunderstood your question, please let me know, and provide some additional context (for example, what account?, what platform?, are you a publisher or an author?, etc.).
Thanks,
Shayn
Hello Crossref,
We create a new DOI for IJSRMT journal. Its new DOI is 10.71115/IJSRMTJOURNAL. Can I continue this for my new upcoming articles ?
Is it necessary to transfer the previous DOI ?
Thanks
Are you a representative of the publisher Journal of Medical Science and Engineering (10.71115)?
If so, then yes, you can continue to register DOIs for articles in the journal titled âIJSRMTâ with the journal-level DOI 10.71115/IJSRMTJOURNAL as you have in the past.
Broadly speaking, assuming you have recently published a new issue of your journal and you want to register DOIs for all articles in the issue, the steps to take to use the web deposit form are:
We also have a web deposit form video tutorial and full instructions for using the web deposit form in our documentation.
Best,
Shayn
Hello Crossref,
IJSRMT previous DOI was 10.38124/ijsrmt but now we changed the account and registered a new DOI that is 10.71115/IJSRMTJOURNAL. I will add all new upcoming articles by the 10.71115/IJSRMTJOURNAL and existing / previous DOI will be in 10.38124/ijsrmt.
Is it possible or am I right ? Can I do this ?
The account International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology (prefix 10.38124) is suspended.
Please do not try to use a different Crossref account to circumvent the suspension.
