Dear support team members,
I added some articles’ metadata on crossref Metadata Manager. Now I can see that I have 31 items to deposit but when I click on the “To deposit” tab there is nothing in the list (see the attached screenshot). After few minutes, the page switches to a blank web page. What’s the matter, is there something wrong?

As you may know, our Metadata Manager tool is still in beta, so bugs like this one to occur from time to time. I have reported this error to my colleagues - https://gitlab.com/crossref/metadata_manager/-/issues/55 -however we have currently paused all non-critical Metadata Manager bug fixes. Therefore, there will be a wait for a fix for this problem.
Because of this, you may consider registering your DOIs and metadata using our web deposit form: https://0-www-crossref-org.libus.csd.mu.edu/webDeposit/. Our help documentation for that tool is available here: https://0-www-crossref-org.libus.csd.mu.edu/education/member-setup/web-deposit-form.
