How to get a DOI for report

Hi it would be possible to get a DOI for a report? For example Deliverable of project approved by the EU. thanks to let me know

Yes, our schema supports registering DOIs for reports that your organization publishes. As with any other content registration, your organization must be a Crossref member in order to register DOIs.

Is your organization already a member of Crossref, or do you need some information on how to become a member?
