The global health crisis has meant that we have been unable to run our usual in-person education events, so we are running a series of online LIVE events in a variety of different languages. On the 6th and 8th of June, we ran two identical virtual Crossref sessions presented by Crossref staff.

The webinars lasted two hours and covered the following topics:

• How to register content with Crossref
• How to make updates to your metadata in order to make changes, corrections, or to add more detail
• Participation reports
• Additional services and where to find help.

Thanks to everyone who attended the event and for all the excellent questions asked on the day.

The recordings and slides are freely available to view and share with any colleagues who could not attend.

You can also download an anonymised copy of the combined Q and A below.

If you have any further comments or questions, you can post them here.

Many thanks,
